TR signs a framework service agreement with Saudi Aramco for its oil and gas projects

Técnicas Reunidas has signed a long-term agreement, “Long Term Agreement” (LTA) with Saudi Aramco for the next six years, thus becoming part of the exclusive group of eight contractors that signed this framework agreement with Saudi Aramco ago some weeks. This LTA is part of Aramco’s new recruitment strategy and is aimed at objective to improve cost efficiency and the quality and safety of its projects upgrade its oil and gas facilities and implement ambitious standards environmental. It also focuses on establishing new businesses and developing associations based on sustainability and new technologies. The scope of the LTA includes engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning start-up and pre-commissioning of each project, as well as the improvement of the facilities in the operational areas identified. By signing this agreement, Saudi Aramco and Técnicas Reunidas will support the employment growth and workforce development in Saudi Arabia, with particular emphasis on improving saudization, local content and supply chains, contributing to the fulfillment of the objectives within the program “In Kingdom Total Value Add” (IKTVA) of Saudi Aramco. By signing this long-term agreement, Técnicas Reunidas demonstrates its commitment with the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and with its main client, Saudi Aramco.
